Shipments and Returns

My pack shipment:

I aim to dispatch packages within 10-14 days of receiving payment. I ship packages via Colissimo / DHL and provide tracking and drop-off without signature. If you require delivery with a signature, please contact me before selecting this option, as an additional cost will be incurred. Regardless of your shipping preference, I will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. I do not charge handling fees, but additional shipping charges may apply depending on the volume of goods and the country of destination. I recommend grouping your items into one order to avoid additional shipping costs. Please note that I cannot group two separate orders placed at different times, and shipping fees will apply to each order. I take special care to protect fragile objects, but please note that all packages are dispatched at your own risk.
